Processing takes 2-5 business days, after processing the hair will ship within 7-14 business days.

Hair is NOT on hand, and are made by order.

Once the hair is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer ShaLuxe’s responsibility.

All packages will be required to have a signature for delivery.

Are there any refunds?
There are NO refunds or exchanges unless an error was made on our part, then we will fix it accordingly.

How long would my Ready-to-Wear or Custom Unit take to ship ?
The unit can take up to 21 business days or less before it ships to you. Once shipped, you will receive the unit within 3-5 business days.
How long would my hair take to ship?
Processing takes 2-5 business days. Once processing is done, your hair will ship within 7-14 business days.
Should I wash my hair before installing?
Yes, when receiving your hair gently wash the hair using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Then, detangle using a wide-tooth comb.
My package was marked delivered by USPS, but is lost. What should I do?
Please get in contact with USPS immediately if your package was lost/ stolen for possible solutions and to file a case.
Why does certain items say "(PRE-ORDER)" ?
Some items might be marked with "preorder" because they may take longer than the usual processing time to ship. These items usually take up to two weeks to create, then an additional week to ship out. Please plan your order accordingly.
